We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We deem this a reasonable time to check & identify the product/s are suitable & correct for your requirements; please feel free to contact us directly for further clarification.

Items returned will only be refunded if the item is in resalable condition and this includes intact original manufacturers packaging and instructions/warranty paperwork supplied with the item. We expect items to be returned in the condition they arrived and how would be expected as ‘in new’ condition for the next customer. Remember to obtain proof of postage or send the item back with Tracking/Signed postage. We are not responsible for items sent back if no proof can be provided.

We will not accept any unwanted items that have already been installed.
