Order Cancellations

Cancel orders before dispatch at no cost (excludes "made-to-order" items).
For cancellations after dispatch, refunds will exclude return costs.
Starting a Return

Send us an email or message to initiate the process.
Returns are not automatically accepted; customer service will guide you.
A returns note is required for processing. Returns without it may face delays or rejection.
Important Information

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Installed items are non-returnable (except warranty claims or products with manufacturing fault)
No exchanges offered; place a new order and return the unwanted item separately.
Items must remain in original, resalable condition. Packaging must be intact for certain items (e.g., shower trays, glass products).


Returning an Item

Arrange your own courier and bear the return cost. Use a tracked service.
Do not apply labels or tape directly on manufacturers' packaging; fees may apply for damage.


Faulty Items

Report faults within 30 days with photographic evidence via the email.
Manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded. Some manufacturers may test products before confirming faults.
Installed items are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
